- Reporting - Run pre-configured and customized reports on your contacts, accounts, and associated activities.
- Customization - Contact Manager Edition can be tailored to track the data that is most important for your company's particular needs.
- Google Apps - Contact Manager Edition includes built-in integration with Google Apps.

In a statement, Adam Rugel, CEO and founder of travel site Trazzler said, "At Trazzler we are using Contact Manager Edition to manage thousands of business contacts, each segmented by category, company size, and geographic region."
Salesforce Contact Manager Edition is available today in a 1-to-2 user edition for $9, per user per month. "This could be an individual, an entrepreneur, a business owner, a very small business, or a very small team of two within a larger company," explains Sean Whiteley, Salesforce.com's Senior Director of SMB Strategy, via e-mail. "When a company needs more than two users, and/or has a sales process [that] requires lead management and routing, opportunity management, Web site integration, and business dashboards, [Salesforce.com] Group Edition, Professional Edition, or Enterprise Edition is likely a better fit."
