Kaspersky Labs Introduces Mac Security Package

Internet security stalwart Kaspersky Labs has introduced Anti-Virus for Mac and is pitching it especially towards mixed-platform environments. The idea is to keep Macs from becoming unwitting malware hosts and infecting the PCs of their colleagues.

New Ways To Run Windows On Your Macs

Both commercial options that let Mac-based businesses run Windows programs have gotten upgrades in the past week. Both VMware Fusion 3 and Parallels Desktop 5 claim to be significantly faster than existing versions, to integrate Windows better into the Mac experience, and to fully support Windows 7.

GoToMyPC For Macs Now In Beta

Apple Upgrades iMacs

Microsoft Extends Support For Mac Office 2004

Microsoft has announced that it will continue to provide Mainstream Support for Office 2004 for Mac. The extension will mean that SMBs that rely on Visual Basic for Applications macros will be fully supported until the next version of Office comes out.

VMware Fusion To Support Windows 7, Look More Maclike
