Intermedia Launches Hosted Version Of Exchange 2010 With "Guaranteed" Data Protection

I just got back from Salesforce.com CEO Marc Benioff's much anticipated presentation at Oracle OpenWorld, and it was an interesting experience to say the least. Benioff didn't announce anything new. Instead he pushed Software as a Service as a complement, not just an alternative, to traditional software. And for once he gave more than passing mention to the needs of small and midsize companies.

Dell/Salesforce.com Combine Cloud Apps With Integration Services For SMBs

The deal, to be announced Monday, calls for Dell to package its integration services with Salesforce.com's cloud-based CRM applications. "We're starting to build a bridge for SMB customers -- and especially Dell's SMB customers -- to get started with cloud computing," explained Marc Stein, director of Dell's SMB cloud strategy.
