Zoho wants small and midsize businesses to replace their office suites with its online office suite of tools and Zoho Business is a cheaper alternative for SMBs. The benefits are obvious: collaboration, being able to work from anywhere, and now there are applications like CRM and wikis and other "freebies," as company product manager Kasti Mariappons puts it, to get people to try the product. "We want it o be affordable for small and midsize businesses," says Mariappons. "There are applications for each department's business needs." With Zoho creator, businesses can customize their systems.

Zoho Business is $60 per user per year.
